February 11, 2026 - PNC Update #15

Dear Christ Pres Family,

We wanted to share a brief update on the Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) process.

After much prayer and discernment, we have decided to move one of the potential candidates forward to the next step in the process. This represents a step forward; however, there are still several important steps to come before any candidate could be introduced to the congregation.

Please know that we are approaching this season with both care and trust—believing that God will continue to make the path clear, whether by opening doors or closing them along the way. We are deeply grateful for your continued prayers and ask that you would remain attentive to God’s leading as well.  While the PNC will, at the appropriate time, put forth a nomination, the final decision about whether the nominee is the right fit will rest with the congregation as you listen for God's guidance.
