PNC Process Overview

  1. PNC formed and church profile created

  2. Profile posted; applications received and reviewed

  3. Initial candidate interviews conducted

  4. Reference checks and full PNC interviews conducted

  5. In-person interviews conducted

  6. Top candidate to be identified through prayerful discernment and offer made.  If offer is accepted:

  7. ECO (presbytery) review and approval, if required

  8. Candidate introduced to the congregation

  9. Candidate visit, including preaching and fellowship

  10. Congregational meeting and vote
