Elijah House Academy Community Work Day: Saturday, August 23
Elijah House Academy is one of the ministries the Lord has led us to support and partner with. We have an opportunity to help them prepare for the school year by readying classrooms, doing outside work, etc. From 9am–4pm.
Perspectives: September 2–December 9
This course is for anyone and everyone who wants to better know the heart of God and His Work in His World. You will be challenged to see the world through God's eyes in four different perspectives: Biblical perspective - what the Bible tells us about the heart of our Father. Historical perspective - history of the early church. Cultural perspective - look at the least evangelized peoples of the world. Strategic perspective - what is the nature of the task remaining for the Church and what part do I play? The class will meet Tuesdays, 6–9pm at Eternity Church. The first 2 meetings are open to the public and free. More information about the course and registration, here.
