Traditional Sexuality & Radical Community: A Forum with Wesley Hill. Saturday, April 1, 9am-12pm at Third Church. The debates about sexuality are endless, even in the church. As a Christian who is gay and celibate, author and assistant Professor of Biblical Studies at Trinity School of of Ministry, Wesley Hill has been on the front lines of many of these debates. In this half-day forum, Wesley will explain why the historic Christian sexual ethic still holds even in our current context, but will also explain how this ethic can actually be lived through the power of Christian community and spiritual friendship.
Spring Cleaning/ Work Day - Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for a spring clean and work day at the church on Saturday, April 8, from 9-3. We will have a lot of indoor and outdoor work to do to get the building and grounds in good order just in time for Easter.
